Return and Refund Policy
If your purchase does not work out for you, we are happy to exchange or refund you for most items. There are some return guidelines and restrictions.
Because of the limited quantities per style and size, we can not guarantee we will have any specific items available for exchange.
Return Policy
- Exchanges & refunds will only be accepted if contacted within seven (7) days following the date you received the item.
- Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.
- We reserve the right to deny full or partial refunds for items sent back that do not meet these standards.
- All sale items are final sale.
- Teething toys, pacifiers, and toys must be in original package in order to return.
- Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refund Policy
- To start a return, please email estelleandwill@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
- Exchanges - please order the item you are wanting to exchange for and then we will send a return label (no cost) and refund the other item when received.
- In the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email estelleandwill@gmail.com
- If the item is deemed faulty we will offer a replacement (if we have a replacement in stock) , or refund once we have received the returned item.
